Where do you work?
Orange County, California, and nearby cities. We build for this climate and these lots.
What do you build?
Hardscape and landscape: new pools and pool remodels, spas (not hot tubs), outdoor kitchens and pizza ovens, fireplaces, fire pits, and fire tables; pavers, concrete, driveways, and decks; patio covers, pergolas, and cabanas; full yards, turf, sod, and planting; drainage, irrigation, and landscape lighting; fences and gates in vinyl, wood, aluminum, iron, and block; glass walls, water features, outdoor showers, putting greens, and sport courts. We can model the yard in 3D and handle permits, engineering, and geotech when the job needs them.
Do you design and install?
Yes. We design the outdoor space and build it — not hand you a plan and walk away.
Do you only do full yard remodels?
No. We take single projects (one patio, one fence, one kitchen island) and full front-and-back remodels.
Do you build new pools?
Yes — and the deck, coping, and planting around them.
Do you remodel pools?
Yes. Re-plumb, re-plaster, new tile, new coping, new equipment when the shell is sound.
Spa or hot tub?
We build spas with the pool or yard. We do not build hot tubs / jacuzzis.

How long does a project take?
Every job is different. After we walk the lot, we give you a realistic timeline for your scope.
What kind of fences do you build?
Vinyl, wood, aluminum, iron, and block.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — permits, engineering, and geotechnical reports when the job needs them.
Are you family-owned / licensed?
Yes. Family-owned. Licensed C27 landscape contractor, CSLB #1122399, based in Tustin. Legal name: OC Breeze Construction Inc.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Any size — one feature or the whole lot.
Turf or sod in Orange County?
Turf when you want green through drought and heat without heavy watering. Sod when you want living grass and will water and mow. Same lot can mix both.
Do you work with HOAs?
Yes. We design to the lot and association rules and handle submittals when needed.
What are patio covers made of?
Wood, aluminum, Alumawood, or a motorized louvered roof that opens.
Pool remodel or new pool?
New when there is no pool or the shell is past saving. Remodel when the shell is sound. We walk the lot and tell you which.
Warranty?
Ask at the estimate. Coverage depends on the work.
